I just bought and set up Tapo C200 now. Every function works normally expect the voice call, talk function not sending voice from speaker at camera side to me at mobile phone side.

 

I have adjusted camera's mic to max level and nothing changed. No voice from camera side to my phone.

 

Please help

Sorry for the delay.

Can you hear the voice  from the phone at the camera side?

May I know the model number and operating system of your smartphone?

Would another mobile phone make any difference?

Please also try to reset the  camera to the factory default to have a look:

@TP-Link I have just bought this camera and have same problem.....they can hear me at the camera side but I can not hear anything from them

Just bought a TAPO C210, same issue addressed. Not able to send voice msg/call function from camera to phone. Voice msg/ call function from phone to camera's speaker is working fine.

Reset camera, adjust its mic volume but still not working.

My phone NOTE 8, android version 9.
