Really sorry for the inconvenience.
Have you tried to factory reset the Tapo C200 to have a look:

And how long have you had the camera?
If reset did not make any difference, please feel free to check with the shop retailer to see if it is still under warranty.

@TP-Link yes i have tried to perform factory reset but no magic happens.I had installed it 3 weeks ago.
