Firmware Version: 1.2.4

Nc450 does not link to cloud with app, via tplinkcloud.com, or via computer. 

 

It says, "no internet connection".

Good day,

Thank you very much for your time and patience.

May I know the model number of your home router?

Did the remote control or cloud service work fine on the camera before?

Have you tried to turn off the firewall or antivirus on the router?

Please also change the DNS server on the router to be 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4 to have a look;

Thank you for the reply. 

 

Router is huawei b525s- 65a. 

Remote control does not work, cloud service never worked before. 

Yes turned off firewall, does not work either. 

 

I will try changing dns. Thank you.

After turning off firewall again, changing dns settings, resetting wps on both router and camera, it now does not connect. Previously the light on the camera is solid green, now its solid red. Pls help. Thanks.
