We did not remove the motion detection notifications schedule settings on the firmware 1.0.17 and could you please check the following information:
1. Please make sure the APP version is up to date;
2. and you have logged into the APP via the same Kasa account on the same mobile phone;
If the issue still exists, please feel free to update here.
