Tapo C200 Camera unable to connect
Camera was unable to connect and reset after update Firmware as per picture.

Thank you very much for your patience.
Could you please help me check the following details:
1. After the firmware update, the LED on the camera went purple or it is just the reflection of the objects around?
2. Have you tried to refer to the following link to reset the camera: https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2705/
3.During reset, is there any change about the LED light?
4. Would there be any power outage or any other abnormal behavior during the firmware upgrade?

@ TP-Link tengo el mismo problema, después que decidí actualizar el Firmware, la cámara quedó así con 4 puntos rojos y no puedo acceder a ella. Cómo puedo solucionar el problema.

I've got the same issue. The camera (C-200) appears offline and non-responsive. All LEDs are off, except the four little red dots which are constantly on. Resetting does not do anything at all. Neither the unplugging works. Any clues please?
