Hi

This bulb is 9 months old. It has just lost its brightness. The app says 100%, but it is about 50% of what it used to be. Have tried resetting and different sockets.... Same result. How do I get it back to full brightness? Or has it "broke"?

@Bakermann  Can i assume from the lack of response from TP Link that this bulb, while only being several months old, is broken??

At the same time, could you please help me check the following information:

1.Just to confirm, currently, the 100% brightness of the same color is almost the same as 50% of what it used to be, right?

2.Would it be a specific color, white/red/glue/green, or all colors have the same issue?
