Hardware Version: V16
Firmware Version:

It should work automatically when the switch is connected. But I connected two computers.
It gives an unidentified network error on both computers. No internet error ...
Please help, I've looked everywhere on the internet, couldn't figure it out.
My sister cannot attend the live class.

Yes, you might post it into the wrong section.

As for your case, please check the following information:

1. make sure the switch is connected behind the wireless router;

2. disconnect the switch and connect the computer to the same port from router to make sure it is not the problem from the router;

3. reboot the switch and connect the switch to another Ethernet port from main router;
