But trying to set up remote control I get a "Cloud error" message. I reset it to factory settings and started the process over. Same result. Three times.

If yes, could you please help me check the following information;
1. What is the model number of your home router?
2. Could you please try to change the DNS server on the router to be 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4 to have a look？
3. If possible, could you please temporarily turn off the firewall on the router and enable the remote control again to have a look?
