Hello,
 after making the connections I end up with the plug just flashing orange and the light 💡 alternately turns on and off with a click sound in the Hs200 box.

 

For the installation, I end up with two black cables, one of which feeds both switches at the same time.  This is not a 3-way light (one switch for one light).

 When connecting, both switches work (power supply ok) but the Kasa only flashes orange.

Hi
 

1. In the picture only the left switch will be replaced by an HS200.  The one on the right is a 3way.  By tales, the one on the left and the one on the right have the same source of black wire.
 2. I have tried the HS200 on another light and have the same problem, the light is blinking and there is a click sound coming out of the HS200 switch to see the video.
 3. It doesn't seem to be by accident, it turns on and off at the same rate.

Thank you very much for your time and patience.

Could you please help me check the following information:

1. Are these two switches in the picture both HS200 and did they have the same issue?

2. Are you able to record a video clip about the blinking orange light on the HS200?

3. By the way, ‘the light alternately turns on and off with a click sound in the HS200 box’, Did you mean that HS200 would randomly turn on and off?

We would like to follow up on your case by email.

At the same time, could you please help me check the following information:

1. How long have you had the device and when did this issue start?

2. Have you updated the firmware to be the latest one on the APP?

3. Did you use some third-party software or APP to control Kasa devices, such as Home bridge/Home plugin?

4. What is the model number of your home router?

If possible, could you please try to factory reset the HS200, then leave it un-configured, and check it again to see whether it would still randomly turn on or off?
