Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.1.4

Set it up. All was working great. Alexa found it no issues. Was using Alexa voice commend to turn on/off. No issues. Then Alexa was turning on one morning but lights didn't come on. In app says on. I can hear switch (with hot wire) click but nothing happens.

Good day,

Sorry for the delay.

How long have you had the switch?

Was it the first time that you have the issue?

Would there be something wrong with the light bulb and have you changed the light to have a look?

If possible, please also try to reset the HS210 to the factory default and set it up again to see what happened?
