Tapo C200 prompt message screen every 2 minutes when the screen idle or no any movement after upgrade firmware 1.0.17

last week before upgrade, there is no this issue.

Can I have a picture of the message?

Do you mean the live view screen is idle and has no movement, right?

May I know the model number and operating system of your smartphone and how about the Tapo APP version as well?
