Hey I cannot connect my switches to google home.. the remote control toggle option is not working and says can't be connected to server And the feature is local only.. so I can't seem to connect it to Google home.. what should I do

Are there any settings like blacklist or access control on the home router for the HS220?

--if yes, please temporarily turn it off;

By the way, what is the model number of the home router and what is the color of the LED status on the HS200?
