[Tapo C200] Can't add new smartphone

I can't add new smartphone.

I just connect one smartphone using C200 and my wife's phone.

My wife's phone will be disconnected If I add my phone...

I saw C200 can support maximum 4 device but I can't add it...

Please let me know how can I solve this problem.

Hi, thanks for your patience.

Since one camera could only be bind to one email account, so you might need to log into the same email account on both phones;

As for the 4 viewers, it means 4 viewers under the same account could live view the camera spontaneously.
