I installed a Kasa dimmer switch about a month ago. It worked fine,

However it but suddenly stopped working and its now showing as "unresponsive" in my fevice manager on echo. The Orange and green lights are flashing on the switch but it just doesn't work.

Manually its okay, and I can turn the lights on and off and dim them. Its just the alexa controlled app thats stopped working.

Doies anyone know how to resolve this issue.

Thank you very much for your time and patience.

Could you please help me check the following information:

Can you still remote control the HS220 on the Kasa APP when the smartphone is on the mobile data？
Can I have a picture of the error message on the Alexa APP when you failed to control the switch?
If possible, please reboot the home router and remove the TP-Link aggregation with Alexa and link them again to have a look;
