@TP-Link Thanks for the reply. I was thinking of going 1080p 30 fps for the backyard camera because it will cover a much larger area and the camera won't be situated near an access point to inside my house so for example It probably won't get close still images of a burgaler so the higher fps might help compensate for blur of a moving person and capture more detail. 

exactly! I have C210 3MP. What is the point of have 3MP where its running at 15fps, movement are so blur, couldnt see anything at all.
