I have some question, i already setup my CCTV TP LINK TAPO C200, Now the problem how i can access this one since the area where i placed the cctv is no WIFI INTERNET?

If you want to remotely access the camera over mobile data, or another wireless network, the camera has to be on the internet to communicate with the cloud server;
But if you connected to the same Wi-Fi as the camera, such as local control over the APP, it doesn’t matter the Wi-Fi has internet service or not;

Please advise...I can setup the my Tapo camera to work without internet without a problem, but the moment i switch off or reboot my Android phone, then the Tapo app asks me to login. If i have no internet I cant login so I need a way to stop the app asking me to login all the time
