not receiving notifications

Good morning
please could you assist me . I have a tl wr940n router and my tapo cam is a c200 i have all notifications turned on but dont get any .

i have noticed that if i download the app via google play on my tablet i receive notification but down loading via apk on a non Google phone there are no notifications.
its really a shlepp carting my tablet around with me so would be nice to find the solution .

Hi, thanks for your feedback.
After checking with the engineers, the notifications of the Tapo APP are forwarded by the Google Firebase server first, then Firebase server would forward the notification to the smartphone;
As for the apk download from the non-google play store, the google firebase server might not be included;
