Tapo C200 black screen with the word smart home camera

try to show camera stream on google home hub it says its doing it shows screen saying playing smart home camera and says showing camera on family display then just shows black screen with the words smart home camera dose this even work with google home/net hubs

Thank you very much for your kind feedback.
We have reported all the cases to the senior engineers already.
And they were checking on the cloud server to locate the final reason.
Once there is any further improvement, I would update here at once.
And if anyone had the same issue, please feel free to update it here.

@TP-Link don't help really i only bought this Saturday 6/2/21 because there meant to work with Google and clearly they don't s0. Its force advertising so make these cameras useless

@TP-Link works but only streams for 2 minutes and then shoe black screen with the same word
