I was expecting a delivery this morning so set the camera for "motion detection" and "notification" for the appropriate time and had the camera selected on "My Home" on the phone. The door bell rang and the phone was showing an image of the door with no one there. Later I looked at playback and the delivery had been recorded but did not appear on the phone in real time.

 

Just walked to the door with my phone in hand and the event was displayed live. Why not before ????

@TP-Link This was the first time. I found out last night that we had been suffering WiFi outages all day from Vodaphone. I suspect that may have been the cause. Whilst the camera recorded the image to the SD card the image on the Echo 5 was not the current one.

Hi, thanks for your patience.

I think it might be because the live view has not been fully updated at that moment and it was still on the last screen.

May I know how many times had this issue occurred?
