Hi.

I received a mail that my free storage (I bought 2 days free storage with my cams, no limit published) will be gone in March.

Let me ask: Will free storage drop from now 30 to 2 days, or will free cloud storage be gone for good?

Because looking in Amazon for new cams, I still read "2 days free storage unlimited".

 

If new cams would offer 2 days free, I would buy a new one and try to sell my old one.

Edit: to not misunderstand my request: If you offer 2 days like seen on my 2 packages, you should stick to 2 days. Here I read nothing about "you have to pay after 2 years...."

 

TP-Link promised me unlimited free 2-days storage. Promise not kept!

Hi, many thanks for your kind feedback. Kasa Care Free plan is not lifetime and the free cloud plan varies on different models of camera, the time starts from the day when camera is activated and bound to a TP-Link Cloud. At the end of the free plan, users will need to subscribe to one of the paid plans to continue using cloud storage. it is not only the Amazon description. It is what do I buy.

I did not buy an activation, I bought a camera in a store as seen above.

This is the contract TP Link offered, and I accepted.

I paid for a two day free storage. No where on the package or cam is a limitation seen.

 

I am not interested in one-sided changes in a contract.
