I just bought a C200 and C310. 
The setup of the C200 went quick and flawless.

The C310 isn't pairing however. It gets an amber led light saying it's got WiFi but the pairing step just keeps failing.

I tried different phones, turning of my 5ghz network, turning off my access points and only having my router on, connecting it by cable. Nothing works

Hi, May I know the model number of your main router?

Have you tried to turn off the firewall settings on the main router and change the DNS server to 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4 to have a look?

And if there is AP isolation on the router, please also turn it off;
