Auto circadian mode breaks off controls from Google home
Randomly auto circadian mode makes my bulb unresponsive from my Google home devices and app.
I noticed when google home stopped being able to turn off the light all of a sudden. Then I noticed it also loses all control of the bulb except being turned on when in auto circadian mode.
Iv reset and readded to Google home app multi times. Even deleting my entire account from Google home app.
It worked flawlessly as the default when turned on by an app before for months. What gives now.

Thank you for your kind feedback.
We have received some feedback that when set KL130 to Circadian mode, KL130 cannot be properly controlled by Kasa /Google home/Alexa app.

There is a similar issue with Amazon Alexa integration since last week.
Alexa can turn the bulbs on, but can't turn them off again:

@Solla-topee Excellent support from TP-Link, thank you.
This morning I upgraded two of my bulbs:
1) Went into the Kasa app and set both bulbs to App:"Last On State", and confirmed that Alexa control was 100% operational.
2) Went into the Kasa app Set both bulbs to App:"Circadian", and confirmed that Alexa could no longer turn off or control the bulbs other than turn them on.
3) Upgraded the first bulb to the beta firmware (build 210322).
4) Confirmed that App:"Circadian" is 100% operational with Alexa and that the non-upgraded bulb was still having problems.
5) Upgraded the second bulb to the beta firmware and confirmed that both bulbs are 100% operational.
So for Alexa integration at least, the problem seems to be fixed.
Old firmware:
1.0.11 Build 210225 Rel.092622
New firmware:
1.0.11 Build 210322 Rel.164308
This is such a nice feature, so I'm glad it's working again.

Setup 2 bulbs today and found Auto circadian mode breaks control functions from Google home and Alexa.
Almost 4 months later ?
Hardware V 2.0
Firmware 1.0.5
Unfortunate even though the Doc for the firmware fix states it may show upgrade failure
which it does, the firmware does NOT update as stated

@Powel mine are European KL130B, hardware v2.0, running firmware 1.0.12 which I believe was pushed out after the beta firmware from here. Auto circadian is still functioning.
Maybe there's an update pending through the regular update channel? Sorry I don't have any KL125. Maybe check in the Kasa app.

@CX23882 Thanks, I didn't even notice that the model numbers were different. That explains why the firmware didn't update.
unfortunately no new firmware available in Canada. Hopefully Tp-link addresses this in the future.
