Do you mean you were able to finish the setup on Tapo app but at last camera could not be found by app any more? How about the Led status on camera now? If it is solid green/ flashing green/ Red?
If the Led is solid green, you could try some suggestions here:
> Please check if router has " AP isolation/ Client isolation" function , please turn that off.
> if there any other extender or access point in your network topology, make sure tapo is connected to main router's WiFi directly.
> try a factory reset on camera and add it again on tapo app
