Hello, 

I have 2 cameras. 

1 has recently updated to firmware 1.1.17 and hasn't recorded for over a week. 

The other is on 1.0.17 and telling me to update.... Not going to until I sort this problem though. 

This is the only thing that has changed. 

Tried a reboot etc but nothing. 

Can I remove the current firmware and go back to the previous version?

This issue is pretty unusual, can you help confirm some details as below:  many thanks~

 

Tapo app--Camera settings-- Recording Schedule-- Continuous Recording, please make sure the whole area is in Blue color.  

Did the camera live view work fine in the last week?

Hello, 

I am using a Huawei p30 Pro version 11.0.0.138

Live View works fine. 

I don't feel comfortable giving out the mac address details.

I am using 2x tapo c200, both on record movement only all day, every day, on loop recording. 

The one that isn't recording is using 1.1.7 and the one that is recording is on 1.0.17

Using 2 x 128gb sd cards. 

Had the cameras 5-6months.

Not sure whether to update the other camera, see if it has the same effect, then reset and re install both. 

I need the recordings though so I am concerned I'm going to have 2 dodgy cameras instead of 1.

 Many thanks for your information. May I know till now the camera with the latest firmware still will not record? What is the version of your tapo app? 

 

Tapo app -> Camera settings -> SD card recording, is it toggled on?  Please send us a photo of your recording Schedule settings thank you. 

 

Please put your SD card into a computer and see if there is any video file 

How can I view the video recordings of camera from the SD card on a computer?
