Dear I have a tapo c310 recently installed camera, initially it sent sending notifications to the mobile phone about movement activities, however after mounting and updating the firmware it no longer works. I must mention that sending notifications to both (home camera) and the option(me) what is the problem.

Thank you for your feedback, may I know the Model and OS your mobile phone?
If you mean tapo app Message Center did not receive motion detection message Or mobile phone can not get any notification, I post some suggestions on the thread below, please give it a try:

Thanks for the answer, the problem is solved with the inserted microSD card and everything works. The camera is great, just a little too sensitive to the motion sensor, although I reduced it to the lowest.
