Model: Tapo C200

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.0.17

When i try to see playback at 7pm and drag the line at 7pm, it line automatically skips 15-20 minutes and atarts somewhere from 7:18-7:23, so if i want to see playbavk from 7 pm then i have drag the line to 6:40- 6:45, linke will skip 20 mins and start from 7 pm

Please kindly pay attention to tapo app update in Google play/ app store in the next few weeks.

@KapilSetia Good day,

The issue has been fixed on the Tapo app 2.3.33 (Andriod version) , please update to the latest Tapo app and feel free to let us know the issue is gone or not. Many thanks

If the problem persists, please help confirm some details here: 1. Tapo APP version

2. Phone model and Andriod/ IOS version.

3. A photo Time Zone settings on the Tapo APP.
