i have buy a second tapoc310 

have make firmware upgrade when asking but still at 1.0.13 and the app tell me it's up do date ... mi first camera have the fw 1.0.14 and i want the same specs

I have the same problem. I have two C310 cameras both V1. The first one has FW version 1.0.14 for more than two months. The second one has a FW version 1.0.13 and when I manualy seacher for update it says your FW is up to date. How long will I be waiting for an update?

One month later no firmware update for my 1.0.13 ...

tapo FARNCE told me that they still working of an upgrade of the 1.0.14 ,maybe be the reason ... i hope because the 1.0.13 has less function than the 1.0.14

@Solla-topee same thing from me... I have 2 C310 cameras I bought two three days apart.  One is on 1.0.14 and the other 10.0.13... same HW version according to the app.  The one with 10.0.13 will not upgrade as it is "up to date".

Motion detection on 1.0.13 is practically inexistent or at least it doesn't work, I need 1.0.14 features.  I was starting to love these cameras (I have other 5 C200's), but not being able to upgrade after months is unacceptable.

@ferangper Hi, a few days ago a new FW 1.1.8 was released. I have two C310 cameras and both offered me an update. I had FW 1.0.13 on first camera and 1.0.14 on the other. The biggest problem with FW 1.0.13 is poor Wi-Fi stability and frequent signal dropouts, this fixes FW 1.0.14 new features are a nice bonus. The new FW 1.1.8 works well so far I haven't found a problem. 

My problematic camera was upgraded to 1.1.8 in early July. version, has since worked like a charm. Be patient ;)

@Ula have similar problem.  First camera c310 fw 1.0.14 had thumbnails and the extra features in motion detection...however it updated to fw 1.1.10 and now dont have any of the extra features fw 1.0.14 had although has thumbnails.

2nd camera  c310 v1 fw 1.0.13 no thumbnails and extra features in motion detection. Says update the latest version. Can't even update to 1.1.10 that has at least thumbnails.

Annoying first camera originally had thumbnails and extra features now doesnt with so called upgrade.
