I need to connect this new device via Ethernet but when I try it stays on flashing red and green lights and  says it  unable to connect to you tapo device  I have confirmed that the port on the router and the Ethernet cable is working bye testeing with another device  but router cannot see this device I also get no connection lights if I plug it into a hub so it looks like a fault with the new camera
