I tried to firmware update tapo c200. But accidentally, power was cut off. Now, my device does not start. Constant red light is coming. Tried tobeeset the device but it failed.

Any ways to factory reset?

Hi, 

If you want to factory reset the camera, please press and hold for at least 5 seconds until the LED blinks red;

After the factory reset, if the camera still had no change, I am afraid there is no other suggestion;

Thats so bad. I recently got the device from coupang. I didnt know that this device is so weakly build :(

Hi, Have you checked with the retailer whether it could be covered by the warranty?
