Tapo c310 goes solid amber
I bought the camera 15 days ago. Every 24 or 36 hours goes to solid Amber. Router is at 2 meters away. I unplug it and plug it again so it works for another 24-36 hours.
Is there another solution or should I take it back to the store I bought it?

Problem solved after several tests. When video recorded at maximum quality, the camera after 24 36 hours or so goes on amber mode. No problem occurs after quality changed to 1080p

@Andref Hello,
Thank you for your valuable feedback, can you set Tapo C310 on 3MP and help save the log file after issue happens again:
How to get the logs:
Step 1: Insert an SD card into the camera.
Step 2: On the APP, please go to Camera Settings -> Advanced Settings -> enable Diagnose. The log file will be stored on the SD card.
Step 3: Let the camera run for some time, wait for the recurrence of the problem.
Step 4: Please plug the SD card into the computer's SD card slot or an SD card adapter. Please send the log on the SD card to us. The name of the file is ‘Diagnose Log’.
Can you help provide details here and we'd like to escalate your case to the seniors:
1) ISP & Model number of router:
your network topology: for example, ISP modem --- router Archer AX10 < wireless >Tapo C310
2) speed test results on your phone/ laptop at Tapo camera's location
3) LED status on camera when the issue happens , is it Red/ Green or Solid on:
4) How often does camera become offline? ½-4 hours
How did camera recover the connection, do you need to reboot camera / router or it will recover automatically, or ' pull to refresh' on live view page?
