Tapo C100 Camera no power
I have two new tapo c100, first one works well and been well for some time, second one installed yesterday worked for an hour then decided to switch off completed as if there's no power. I followed the reset the device procedure and also unplugging from source and wall socket and nothing its like its completely dead. I gave up and decided to leave it a day. 2nd day plug it on and Three red lights appear but in the app shows no connection and no sign of the camera existing. I got to reset the device the lights remain, I go to power on the device again as instructed and back to the same thing no sign of life. It is a new camera but I just give up and really need some help to get it back to life.
