Model: HS103  
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.1.3

I have 3 hs103V2.1 smart plugs and unable to update the firmware from 1.1.3 to 1.1.4 on 2 of them.

The app had the 1.1.4 update available so, I let it update. However, only one updated. Now over the past week if I check for an update, it still shows no update available.

 

I've removed and re-added the devices that didn’t update... still no update available.

I've removed the one that updated and re checked... no update available.

 

I don’t see anywhere to download the firmware to update using the local tool (used for beta firmware)

Does anyone have any suggestions on my next step?

Is the firmware available?

Or is this normal behavior and I should just wait?

Most of the time firmware are pushed to users in different batches to test if the new firmware could work properly in different environments

That's why users may found their devices are on different firmwares.It is recommended to wait for another few weeks and see new firmware will be available on your app.
