this is my second order for tapo, the first returned since it was not connecting. now the same problem. can anyone help me?

If any customer met trouble installing Tapo L530E (Paring failed) or Tapo bulb failed to connect Wi-Fi network at last step, please go to this thread for detailed troubleshooting:

May I know the model of router and at which step you have troubleshooting installing the bulb, can I have a photo of it?
