Hello,

 

I have 4 of your c200 cameras. They have been great but now I am frustrated by a potential bug. They are all fitted with genuine sandisk 16gb sd cards.
 

This has worked very well as I have been able to see what my cat has been up to when away. Sadly, since the recent firmware update, the sd cards are no longer available.

 

I can pop a card out and reinsert it and the app recognises the card for about twenty seconds. Then it says I have no card.

 

Is it possible to downgrade to a previous working version of the firmware?

Thank you for your feedback. May I know how long the SD card has been working with the camera before?  All 4 camera have problem with the SD cards?

Ensure Tapo APP is up to date in Google Play or APP store

Reboot camera.

To help locate the issue, please verify if SD card is Fake (expanded capacity) with H2testw software  as the instruction below and share a photo with the test results  (back up important files before run the test)

May I have a photo of your SanDisk SD card and a photo of the Error on APP, thank you.
