@Solla-topee The update would be great. I also have 2 pcs of Tapo P100 V1.2 (FR) in area where electricity outages are not rare. Then it's simply unusable, because I cannot rely on the devices to be alive after shortage and even can't switch them on remotely.
Edit 8.2.2022: Thank you guys, new firmware is out 1.4.10 Build 20211104 Rel. 35882 for my device here in Czech Republic and it works perfectly. The power socket remembers its state (ON/OFF) well after outage.

@Er3b Hello, got the Mac of your device you sent via private message, your Tapo P100 V1.2 is of (FR) country version, you could double check country version on device itself, currently (EU)/(UK)contains this feature. Other country version are still under evaluation process, I will record your feedback first, Thank you for your understanding.

@Solla-topee Good morning! I'm trying to upgrade the firmware of my four P100 plugs (hardware 1.20.0 firmware 1.4.3 20201127 rel 60156) but i'm not able to upgrade. I've also tried to reset and remove the plugs from the app (then to reconnect) but the problem still persist. Same thing if i try to update each single plug or using massive firmware update (Me-firmware update). There is a different way to update the firmware?

Hi
I understand that there are (EU) version and specific (FR) version. (I dont know what is a "EU" version but anyway)
I have a lot of tapo P100 and i guess these are (FR) version because i am stuck with 1.4.5 firmware.
Like many others, I really need this basic feature (power outage issue, but also volontary power off issue).
Do you have any release date please ?
Thanks

For those wondering / unaware: I was able to update P100's, V.1.20.0, FR to firmware 1.4.10 which includes the power-state toggle.
