Model: Tapo C200
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.11

Morning.

Is there any way to access the cloud videos via other means rather than the phone app?

Appreciate any assistance in advance.

@Llew

We could only watch cloud video clips on Tapo APP if you have  subscribed the Tapo care.

Remote live-streaming on computer is possible if you use RTSP, but I'm afraid so far we do not have a platform to access cloud video via computer nor see this feature on the roadmap.

Appreciate the response. Bit of a shame that things can't be accessed via a PC/Laptop, but hey ho. :)

@Solla-topee
I also find it a great shame that you cannot access your cameras via desktop / browser.
Cellphones and tablets are all very nice but most people own a desktop or notebook they use for "serious" work.
It should not be that much of an issue to develop an API to access the data generated by your mobile apps.
Would help a lot to generate new customers in the semi-professional / professional areas.
There are alternatives of course, e.g. iSpy / Agent DVR but these are complex to set up.
Furthermore, this is open source and any make of camera can be installed...
