SD card is good. Have tried reformatting, rebooting and updating and issue remains.
Bought a 2nd camera today C200 and same issues with it,

Please confirm Tapo APP is up to date in APP store or GooglePlay first.
Try a different phone and see if issue happen on certain phone.
If the above does not work, may I have a short a video clip showing the issue ( you may use Google Drive and share to us via private message).
What is the model of your phone and its Andriod or IOS version? Thank you
@saunders400 Got the video clip, thank you. May I know the exact app version (Tapo APP-> Me-> about), and the IOS version of your iphone SE as well?
