It updated the firmware and has the cloud screen which it has recorded some video but it's all temperamental.
I have also taken out the memory card but it's now not recording, I put it back in and it recorded some but again it's temperamental

Tapo C100 does not support Tapo Care yet, here is the model(s) that supports Tapo Care.
