Could anyone help with my problem
After making a recording from previous nights video and saved to memory I can't play this saved video back.
I can see it but it will not play? I can send it to my wife's phone which is the same model as mine via WhatsApp
And she can play it.
Can see see the video in the memory of tapo app but it will not play ????

Please confirm tapo camera firmware update, and Tapo app are both up to date.
Can I have a short video if you could not play the video saved in the Memory , you may share via good drive.
May I know the model of your phone, and its Android or IOS version, the Tapo app version? Thanks.
