appreciate your help, we bought more than 20 units of C100 with the memory card... camera is ok, but memory card can't be used

Please also to troubleshoot as below you have some trouble for mating SD card in the Tapo APP or camera reports any Error,
1.Try a SD card with 8GB to 128GB capacity (* capacity less than 2 GB is not supported):

2. Verify if SD card is Fake (expanded capacity) with H2testw software and share a photo with us
NOTE: back up important files before run the test

3. Ensure Tapo camera firmware and Tapo APP are both up-to-date
May I have a photo of the error tapo app fails to format the SD card ? Thank you.
@mfsin I was under the impression the sd card should be High Endurance (if a Sandisk) for dash cams and cctv cameras, something I think I read on the Tapo website before I bought my sd cards. I use High Endurance in both my Tapo C210 cameras and have never had any issues.
