my tapo c 200 doesn't work suddenly. Everything was ok a week ago. And o check today on my smartphone. The screen only show black. I reset and reinstall the app and the camera. It still only show black on the screen.

May I know did you factory reset the camera as the guide here: How to reset my Tapo camera
Try to log in on a different phone and see if that makes any difference
Can I have a photo of the black screen, please also share the SN number and MAC address to us via private message, thank you.
