I tried to power off and on/ reset/ pan tilt correction still unable to get the tilt to work. Panning is ok. As for tilt, I can hear and feel the motor engaging but the camera is not moving. Just recently bought this camera and was not expecting it to have any issue.

May I know do you use Pan/Tilt on Tapo APP or other third-party software? You could manually tilt the camera and see if the camera get stuck somewhere.
