@Xam I succeeded right now (with Tp-Link Tapo C210 on NAS Synology DS918+).
Set up RTSP streaming by following this guide:
How can I play an RTSP live stream of my Tapo camera | TP-Link
On the Synology NAS, add a [user defined] branded camera and use the previously generated RTSP address.
It worked for me

Hello @Xam
Tapo Camera access ONVIF Service through Port: 2020, and here is a related FAQ.
May I know the model of your NVR/NAS device, can you share a link of the Synology surveillance software (or version of it)
Can you share a photo of the error if you failed to add a Tapo camera in the surveillance station? Thank you.

Hello @Xam
For Brand column, check if there is TP-Link/ Tapo /Tapo C210 available, here is Synology troubleshooting guide found online: https://kb.synology.com/en-nz/Surveillance/tutorial/What_can_I_do_if_the_camera_connection_test_failed
To expedite problem resolving, please also contact Synology support and see if they have any further suggestion. As the case is pretty unusual, we would like to have a specialist look into this further via email. Please check your mailbox later, and feel free to let us know how it goes. Thank you!

Currently I can't find Tapo C210 under TP-Link brand. I have also try on selecting C200 but still fail to connect, too.

Hi.
i purchased the c210 and also have that error message connecting to the device from surveillance station on ds920+.
using onvif or make/model does not work.
c200 is the only listed model from the compatibility list, thus i trust we all need to ask synology to work on that certification.
