May I know the model of your cell phone and its Android or IOS version. Does the Notification work fine on the same phone before?
Please try to adjust some settings on your phone as guide here :

Android. It has work before whit the same phone but for some day back it docent work any more. I can se the video clip then i'm go in to the app but no longer any push notice??
