C310 update broke camera

Hi, like so many others here! Firmware update to 1.1.18 stuck and now camera is useless. Red light on and two IR lights. Please send me a email to recovery solution and firmware to get camera working again. PLEASE STOP SENDING UPDATES TO TAPO CAMERAS AS LOTS OF THEM ARE CAUSING THE CAMERA TO BREAK AND BECOME USELESS!!

If the camera got a firmware update failure, for now I would recommend try a factory reset the camera with camera powered on, check if camera still responds to a factory reset , or if the camera still broadcasts the Tapo Camera _XXX default SSID.
If factory reset does not help, please contact local support to check warranty or see if they have any further suggestions.

Hello @CATACUTZ17
Current latest firmware for Tapo C310 is 1.1.10. I would recommend getting a replacement from retailer or local support under device warranty if you have tried a factory reset.
