I setup the intelligent control when they have movement the light supposed to
open at 80%
The light open at 80% and decrease directly to 1%
also set turn off light after no Movement until 15sec but doesnt turn off.

The latest firmware for KS220M is 1.0.7 for now,please check if there is firmware update available on Kasa app-Settings- Firmware update section.
Can I know the model of bulb and its wattage (better attach a link of bulb):
