Is this a common fault? How do I get this function working again?

Motion tracking is part of Tapo Care, please check if camera is on Tapo care subscription

Confirm tapo camera and APP are both up to date
May I know how did you find the motion tracking does not work in details, was there any motion detected at that time, or can you see motion detected in Message box ( Envelop icon on right top of tapo app ) thank you
