- Try to connect phone to Home Wi-Fi network and see if 24-7 recording load properly in the local network?
- Check router firewall settings and see it blocks any tp-link related domain/ requests
- Try a different phone to watch Playback and see if that makes any different
- Confirm Kasa APP and device firmware are both up to date
Can you help provide some information to locate the issue
1) does the camera Live view load properly? 2) What is your model of router & network topology, e.g. ISP XX--Router model XX <Wireless> KC105
3) Model of phone and its Andriod or IOS version
4) May I know did the 24-7 recording work fine before, did you have any change in your home network or changed any settings on router. Thank you.
