Hi,

I've just purchased and installed a new TC70 and I'm impressed with the vdeo quality.

However, I'm appalled with the quality of the audio both on my mobile and on my MacBook (via VLC,app)

The audio is scratchy and distorted on all levels of volume. Surely this not normal for an otherwise good piece of kit.

Have got a duff camera or is this the norm?

Anyone else having this issue?

Thank you for your detailed feedback. Can I know does this happen when use you Talk/ Call feature, or this happen when watch Live view?

Can you share a video link showing the distorted sound when watch live view (use Tapo APP to manually record a video clip showing the issue)? Does this happen when people talk and speak, if the environment is quite, do you still hear the sound? Thank you.
