Model: Tapo C310

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.1.12

I'm having a problem connecting my new C310.

Using the app on my android, my 3 existing cameras all work fine. I've just added a 4th camera.

In the app, on the Home Screen, all 4 cameras appear under FAVORITES and in the balloon above FAVORITES it states 4 cameras.

When I click on "4 cameras" we move to Camera Preview and DETECTION MODE. All 4 cameras appear in the Live View.

However, when I click on either Home Mode or Away Mode, I get the message that 3/3 cameras have been activated (not 4).

Any ideas please ?

Yes, I solved it.

I forgot to do the following :

Home - 4 Cameras - Home mode/Away mode - Home mode settings - add device
